Terms & Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions we use in accordance with the laws of Michigan and the United States.
As pawnbrokers we can only lend money on goods left wtih us as collateral - this is the pawn or pledge. The collateral is our security and is valued according to the second hand market.

• We charge a 3% per month or part thereof, on the amount borrowed.

• We charge a $1.00 storage fee per month per ticket.

• Items are pawned for 3 months, but may be renewed.

• We will lend from $1 to $20,000 with adequate security.

• We are insured, however, if you are concerned, please arrange your own insurance.

At the end of the loan period, or before, your options are:

• Pick up your goods by paying the amount borrowed and the charges.

• Renew the contract by paying the previous months charges.

• Renew the contract & reduce the loan by paying the previous months charges and any extra amount against the money borrowed (this reduces your charges the next time).

If you can't do any of the above, speak to us, and we will try to come up with some sort of arrangement.

If your do nothing, we will hold the goods for our substantial "period of grace," but will eventually sell them.
